Free as in speech, or free as in beer? Our ramblings on Shrimp and Bits are both, but we digress. We know developers in Charleston are using free open source technology, but are we contributing back to the ecosystem that benefits us? Freedom comes with a price, and our fair city has always been one to chip in and do our part.
